I’ve been living raw till 4 for over a yr and love it! I’d really love to go 100% raw. I feel my best when eating plant based. I’m also an animal lover, I own a beautiful horse that is my entire life. I’ve never liked meat but as a kid had no choice. As I got older I cut out more and more animal products. Animals have feelings, personalities.....souls. Eating them is not an option. I have 3 children and I’ve managed to help my daughter eat plant based. I need help with Switching to fully raw. So..I’m here I’m excited and can’t wait to meet everyone!

I love spend time with my horse. I’m at the barn every day working with all the horses, chicken, dogs, cats, donkeys, rabbits and goats. Haven’t read a good book in a while. Of course my family is very important to me and setting a healthy example.

I need recipes, and good ideas for simple meals as I’m not the best at combining different foods and basically encouragement, positive feedback and support. I can get discouraged because I don’t have any friends that are serious about this lifestyle and I feel alone trying to raise awareness of animal cruelty in our slaughter houses.
