I've been a junk food vegan for 18 years. I've had gum disease for 20 years. I recently lost 2 more molars, I already was missing 2. That was enough to get me to commit to change my diet. I started doing research, which led me here :) I always wanted to be fruitarian because I don't enjoy harming plants.

I'm trying to heal several autoimmune diseases...I'm hoping this diet will work.

sounds like a good plan. no need to worry about the omegas, you get all you need in the right ratios by eating raw whole foods, tahini is a whole food, it's just ground up sesame seeds. Dr. Doug talks about Omega's here:

P.S. Feel free to skip the greens at first, eventually you will crave them. The formula is at least 80% carbs and no more than 10% fat or protein, so you don't need to worry about getting up to 10%. :)
