i have sutrggled with over eating since i was 12 because i used to try to starve myself after seeing pro ana websites but i would binge 2 days in it started a cycle and i just started gaining a lot of weight at the end of year 8 i was 63 kgs and 5'3 . i got an exercised bike and exercising suppressed my appetite so i would do 40 k p/h for 20 m everyday and i would only eat corn thins cup of soup salmon and coffee mostly just coffee though and a couple corn thins. by the middle of year 9 i had lost 10 kgs but i started binging every saturday and then exercising for 3 hours on sunday to make up for it and then eating under 800 calls during the week. i started to get really moody and unhappy, everything became about food and the fat around my knees and stomach. i had a mental breakdown during november and started bingeing without exercising. i was so ashamed of the weight gain from the binges that i refused to go to school and sit end of year exams and i spent all summer in my room. i became vegetarian around july because river phoenix was and then i realised i felt much better after not eating meat , i then came upon your diet and iw as too scared to eat that much but your messages about animal cruelty and how meat AND dairy products are horrible for your body and so i decided to just eat fruit and veg i wasn't hydrating myself properly although i did feel quite good. is tarted yo yo dieting at the start of the school yea because i was emabrresed of my weight gain but i have jus trained a lot of weigh track after losing a lot and i really feel im ready to give the 80 10 10 raw till 4 diet a good chance. im willing to spend a couple of years because in hindsight if i can spend the rest of my life happy then i think it is worth it. im not counting calories but counting macros because i get way too full on 2500 but i t definitely is a goal and i do eat fruit till im stuffed i want to join this sight so i can perfect my diet make sure m doing it right and share the experience with others because aloof people think im being crazy.
