I have been on a life long journey towards a healthy kind life style. i stopped eating beef when i was 13. stopped chicken at 15. pork at 20. i am 40 and i still eat seafood and dairy. I am not looking for a diet. i am looking for a way to better my lifestyle and my health while protecting and preserving the earth and animals on it. i have slowly decreased my processed foods that i purchase. i am looking to end this and also refined sugar use. i am not looking for a fad diet but for a way of living. i am always changing my eating and looking for guidance in the next chapter of the road. i am excited!!!!!

The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
i am seriously interested in taking this new journey. i definitely need guidance and insight. i am nervous about the high carb so i just want to read and soak in as much information that i possibly can. i would love the opportunity to poke around and learn.
The Frugivore Diet is a fruit-based vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to this. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings. We also require our members to post with proper netiquette. Therefore, please indicate your intention:
I will comply because I like totally agree with all this

Hi Cat,
Welcome aboard! :)
You can check out the Banana Welcome Wagon at:
http://www.30bananasaday.com/profiles/blogs/30bad-banana-wagon-tour
To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
Enjoy!
