Sept 1 2012 I weigh 380lbs and watched fat sick and nearly dead and it changed my life i followed up with forks over knives and Read Eat to Live(this did it ) after a year i was down 100 lbs today i am like 246 . eating a 99 % vegan diet since aug 2013 before that i was like 90% still fail on snack food some time , since sept 2012 i ran 4 races and love running . finishe a half marthon on sept 1st a year to the day I started transforming my life goal is to get to 200 lbs by march 2014. and run a full marathon in 2014
