Since Feb 2000 I've been freegan/store-bought vegan. Since Jun 2002 I've been 100% vegan. Since 2008-ish I've yo-yo-ed with high-carb McDougall style. Since Aug 9 2010 after I saw The Fruitarian's "Vermont 100miler" vid I've been yo-yo-ing with 811. Since then I've discovered DG, DR, Freelee, Dan the Man & 30BaD I'm here to get 100% 811 fo' life! I used to run at least 50mils a wk and workout 2hrs/6days a wk until I was injured over a year ago. Now only run a few miles every few days with a little core, arm & stretching. I want to return to & exceed my previous level. Get to bed on time. I'm trying to love myself and have a happy baseline!

Can't stay 100% 811. I feel I eat enough carbs, but still crave & eat cooked/sweetened/fatty food when I'm full and got plenty of fruit readily available! I can never eat enough fruit at home, always hungry when I'm out, so I cheat.
