Well first I have to say I have the most Amazing Husband :) Very lucky girl!! I love learning about food and perfecting my diet. It is just so interesting learning how people have healed themselves with food! AMAZING! I also love to walk my dog, relax in the sun and shop! My family is very important to me and I talk to them pretty much everyday. I have been on and off raw the last 6 months and well I have been struggling... I feel I have been eating too many fats but it seems that is what my eye always turns too.. but after eating I always feels so heavy and bogged down. I just know the high fruit diet would be wonderful for me the 80 10 10 makes complete sense. I just need some support and I am so HAPPY I found this community! It will be just perfect!
