  I've read the article you posted and she makes it sound very easy to start a co-op :)

  I just didnt get the part about 20 bucks, that everyone gives to make up for the bill if someone doenst pay, does she mean 20 bucks every time? that seems like a lot of money..

  I LIVE in the tropics! I am only on the mainland(US) for a visit.. Going to Mexico for some celebrations with the Mayans.. Will be back in California in January then back to my big island home!
