I'm up for the challenge, gonna try to do this for at least a week to see how it makes me feel and see what benefits I get from it, Has your metabolism/energy levels skyrocketed? , have you shed a few extra lbs? has your bum or legs gotten noticeably bigger or Toned up? how long did you have to do this to see noticeable results? I'm just curious as to see what I'm in for and how worth it this challenge will be for me if I follow through :D
