  Thank you! I'm not sure exactly where I will be flying to yet. I do know that I will be heading to a city on the coast so that I can board the two day ferry to the Faroe Islands. I wasn't expecting any raw foodies or vegans to be there, just hoping!

  We met at Woodstock and I'm happy to meet you in Denmark too this summer - we also have potlucks regularly :-). In Denmark we get almost everything but it does depend a bit on where in Denmark you are. The big cities have everything but out in the countryside in small supermarkets it may be a bit more limited. I went to Faroe Islands when I was a teenager so I'm not quite sure what the situation there is like today. I would expect fruit to be limited and expencive but I could be wrong and I don't know of any fruities that live there unfortunately. When exactly will you be in Denmark?

  I live on Vancouver Island, Canada, but in the next couple of months I will be coming to Denmark. From there I will be going to the Faroe Islands to join Sea Shepherd with Operation Grind Stop.
  
  What I'd like to know is this - What produce is available during the danish summer? Will I have access to any fresh fruits or vegetables in the Faroe Islands?

  If I can't get access to fresh fruits and vegetables in the Faroe Islands, do you know of any company that I can order from to have food shipped to me?

  Let me know if anyone would like to get together while I'm in Denmark :)
