hi, my name is ambrose and i was extremely athletic and active when i was younger up to about twenty but i had a bad car accident and could not train for a few months and then decided to listen to the wrong people saying i was to thin and needed to bulk up a bit, i was playing gaelic football at the time and was playing at our highest level so was in good shape. so took to putting on weight in a all or nothing way but did it through junk food, alot of take out !! , so thought i would just put on about a stone and then leave it at that but of course ended up putting on five and a half stone and becoming extremely lathargic now its ten years later and have spent the past year educating myself through the 80/10/10 diet and esspecially durianrider and freele'e vids ( big thanks guys), so i have serious heart issues now that is my biggest stimulus to change as you can imagine! and from trying low fat vegan on and of i know that it works just need a little help to stay focused and thats why im here. thanks.
