from DME to Pavlickiy on the train = ~45 min. And then about 30 min on metro i guess...

I think the most easy way to get in Laningradsky Vokzal is:
Take a train from DME to Pavleckiy vokzal. And then take the subway from Paveleckaya to Komsomolskaya (Leningradsky Vokzal).
