I been on and off raw for two years. Then in Jan 2011 I decided to up my rawness it as I couldn't start another year still suffering from headaches and other ailments, while knowing there was something I could do about it. From Jan I have been 70% raw and I am hoping to increase this little by little but given up most nasty stuff likfe coffee and wine which I was addicted to. I was one week 100% but fell off the wagon due to be undercarbed, hoping to start again very soon with 100%.

Hi Ana, you seem to be fueling on dates, aren't ya? OK, here is the info for Sao Paulo: the best fruits you will find them at the CEAGESP - the biggest fruit and veg market of South America. They also have boxes dates there if you are keen to fetch them (I never bought any myself): find the shop Hetros at pavillion HFC, box 19, tel. 11-3643-7780. Apparently the box if about R$100.00. While in Canada you should be able to buy them at COSCO or please check out the following companies on the net.
