I became a vegan for two reasons: I hate the fact that animals are used as food and I want to be healthier. I recently started getting into raw veganism and I'm having a hard time adjusting. I want to communicate with people that know more about raw food then I do.

I have a hard time eating raw food. I enjoy fruit, but I also need to include some salt in my diet (I'm on lithium) and when I make raw dishes for me I my fiancé I just can't eat ... I really don't know what I'm doing wrong.
