Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to the Frugivore Diet. Detailed responses will only be accepted (feel free to reapply with more detail if at first not approved as a member).
I have been transitioning from what I previously believed to be a healthy lifestyle to HCRV over several years though I didn't know it at the time.
I now feel more connected and in tune with my thoughts and in control more than ever to maintain the lifestyle.
I would love to share with others experiences and the passion that is being a HCRV!

The Frugivore Diet is a fruit-based vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to this. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings. Hey there Dan, thanks for the add. Awesome to see another Melbourne climber in here! Where abouts do you climb? You go outdoors? I climb with the RMIT Outdoors Club, we have a heap of trips. Doing a trad course in a couple of weeks.

Hi,
Welcome aboard! :)
You can check out the Banana Welcome Wagon at:
http://www.30bananasaday.com/profiles/blogs/30bad-banana-wagon-tour
To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
Enjoy!
