I am a personal trainer, nutrition consultant and raw foods enthusiast. I have recently found the high carb, low fat raw vegan diet and switched over from a more gourmet raw diet. I am feeling great and want to connect with more people and learn more!!!

I love to make simple raw meals, share with friends and family, dance, digitally manipulate photographs that I take, swim, go to the gym, train my clients and spread the word about how great you can feel just by adding in more raw food!
