Hi I´ve found 30BAD while looking for v recipes and would be very happy to join the community. I´ve been living on lfrv for 3 months now and I feel great finding more and more balance, although I still have problems eating enough calories, coming from calorie restriction low carb diets and prior eating disorders. I´ve been following discussions on the forum for quite a while and I would like to still learn more about the lfrv diet. As well, I´m partley still attling with my ED and would like to share experiences with others and help others as far as I can.
