Started a Vegetable and fruit juice feast on Sept 12th 2011. My starting weight was 210 lbs @5'9" I was unhealthy (fatty liver), depressed, lethargic, etc. I ate a lot of fat, mostly meat & drank a lot. I decided to do something about it. I saw a movie promoting juicing veggies & fruits and ran with it. I also saw Dan McDonald speak and eventually found Freelee and Durianrider on youtube. Now that I am LFRV I have all sorts of energy, feel great and am 40+ pounds lighter & kicking arse.

Since I am a newbie, I will need a little guidance & inspiration or perhaps maybe I might be able to inspire others one day too. I want to live life to the fullest & be totally aware of the beauty around me and drink it in. I use to be a warrior and somehow got lost in a fog of bad food & drink. Now that I consume clean food & drink, I am gaining my spirituality back and I can feel the warrior inside of me once again.
