Hello! I'm a Brazilian, born in Rio de Janeiro, 22 years old, 8 of them being a vegan. Last months I have been very tired, without energy, feeling always guilty and filled to the gills with toxins, somehow. That was the moment when I recalled raw food! Searching the internet, I stumbled up with 30BaD and got hooked with Freelee's story. What more to say? I want to be healthy and happy! ♥♥♥

I have a very curious nature, so, I read, watch, listen to and do all sorts of things. Very eclectic, you see ;) I love music, mainly electronic: lounge, chill out, world music... I read romances of all kinds, too. Nothing in special. I love to spend my time with my fiancee and cat.

I really need some guidance over the LFRV right amounts to eat... You see, I'm a vegan and I'm trying to recover from an Eating Disorder. I'm completely off when it calls for eating any larger amounts of any kind of food... :/ I'll totally appreciate your experienced help!
