I just read your profile info and you mentioned your worry about protein. You should not worry as all living things contain protien. Fruit is about 5% protein give or take. If you eat enough calories, you will get enough protein. An anology is that mother's milk is about 5-7% protein and this is all humans really need. If we eat eat more protein than this, our cancer and other health risks go up.
