I am Scottish but living and working in Barcelona. I discovered Freelee's YouTube page through a friend and was inspired to start this HCLF lifestyle. I have been doing it now for about 2 months and feel amazing. Living in Spain is wonderful, however, I don't know any other HCLF vegans here and sometimes I feel the need to discuss the lifestyle with others - hence my discovery of 30BaD :) I have had a huge number of changes in the last 2mmonths since beginning this lifestyle and sometimes struggle with the social aspect of it. I am hoping that the forum will allow me to meet like minded people who have good advice for me.

I am a muscian so don't often watch movies. I also love cycling and walking my dogs on the beach near my house :)

As I started this recently I am finding it wonderful, however, I am sure after a while I will find social events difficult or tempting to fall off the wagon. Right now I just need the experience of others to inspire me to stay on the right path.
