Hi Matthias, In response to your question you are correct Germany is too north and a poor climate for any raw vegan or really health conscious person. Southern Spain and Portugal would be fine in the winter time, not an ideal climate but definitely that would be good for escaping the winter. They also grow a fair bit of fruits there. Greece, Southern Italy & Turkey also. Morocco good choice.
