I am a 21 year old college wrestler from Kentucky. I've been training year round since my freshman year of high school. I love music and I just want to be as fit as possible. I hike quite a bit, been conquering the mountains of the Appalachian Trail, not huge, but great nature. Being a wrestler I know how not to eat, I know how shitty it feels to be undernourished. I've been "tinkering" with the fruitarian/high carb low fat lifestyle, so I guess it's not fair yet to call it a lifestyle, but I love the vibes I get from this community of people. Peace

I need help understanding the measurements of food, like is a scale a good thing to have until I get a grasp on eyeballing what fruit and how much I'm about to eat, so I know I'm getting enough in.
Also in a bigger step, I want to move to a place full of fruit, seems like this will nip the problem of fruit availability right in the butt. How long do you think 5-6 thousand U.S. dollars would last in Thailand, camping for as much as possible.
