Hi, I come from a background of eating disorders, alcohol and drug abuse. I've been in recovery for almost four years and got into RAW two years ago. However, I began to put on weight and lose the extra energy I"d experienced when first going RAW, then relapsed on cooked food. I managed to get back to RAW again then read the 80 10 10 by Dr Doug Graham and have just read Freelea's book. I'm really interested in exploring the 80 10 10 lifestyle but am anxious as it goes against all the mental programming I've had. Looking for inspiration from other members.
