Pretty much the same as you Freelee, suffered from bulimia from age 18 to 20 (university), did the Paleo and other high fat diets thinking that would help me regain my health and suffered tremendous weight gain and my self confidence and energy went crashing down, even got PCOD as a result, recently came across 80/10/10 thanks to you, been a week fully raw (almost), but living on fruits and veggies, haven't binged even once!!!! THIS IS A GREAT THING BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN BINGING SINCE JANUARY! Stopped taking birth control, facing side effects but I'd rather let my body heal with the right food. Wanted guidance as I am only 20 and have fallen into traps before but I trust that you will help me because you're an amazing inspiration to me and several others.

Hi,
Welcome aboard! :)
You can check out the Banana Welcome Wagon at:
http://www.30bananasaday.com/profiles/blogs/30bad-banana-wagon-tour
To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
Enjoy!
