I became vegetarian (for the most part) a couple of years ago in order to enhance my athletic performance. Over time I adopted a vegan lifestyle based primarily on fruits and vegetables. I did not realize at the time that there was actually a name to this and a community, ala: LFRV. Just by chance I stumbled across this site on the internet, and now here I am!

Nothing at the moment. i must say that durianrider is a breath of fresh air. I look to him for fitness inspiration rather than Mr. Wolfe who really had gotten me into raw foods but lost me along the way with all of his product pitching, and weird views on spirituality and the cosmos.
