Sup bro. Yeah I went to Panama banana at the CIPM, asked for a case of pineapples and the first thing dude said was "oh did Mike send you here? He sends lots of people here, the raw bodybuilder". Short loud Italian guy haha..
i just felt like you failed to share the fact that high weights, doesn't mean big or even lean muscles. I was kind of confused by the exercise regimen you were recommending.
Also..i am quite curious, do you do cardio? How much? I only do about 2 hrs a week. I am afraid i'll lose mass if i do much more.
I was watching your videos on women's weight lifting goals online and notice it's basically a strength building routine more so than an ascetic lifting routine. Is there a reason for that? I find that most woman are looking more for the "fit look" than to be exceptionally "strong" per se.
Thanks Mike!! Thanks for checkin it out :)
I'm getting about 10 reps with 165 atm.
Hey :) Thanks for adding me! Super excited to take your lifting class at the fruit festival!!
You should share some of your shoulder training secrets Mike, Looking awesome!
I am doing well and expanding my services. I enjoy when my clients are satisfied from my services too. I am organizing with 2 other people in my area a Pre-Valentines Day event of mix and mingle of raw vegans, fruitarians etc.
Hey Mike! Thanks for your comment and for sharing your experiences through your vids ;) Following that to reach my goal hehe. Any recommendation for increasing chest muscles? I need that :P
