I heard about the low fat raw vegan life style a while ago, but it didn't really interest me until i came across the community on IG. I love to work out, be active, and feel healthy. I feel like this would be another great step in achieving over all health and vitality, and i want to connect with like minded people to keep me motivated.

Well, thanks. Keeping active with work and fitness.
Glad to hear you're feeling at least somewhat better. Were you able to find a new job? What do you like to do for fun on the isle?
MERRY XMAS!!!
thanks for the reply!! i really only started doing hcrv about a month ago because i started out five months ago, but did it all wrong by eating TONS and tons of nuts and avocados (like two avocados a day plus half a jar of almond butter...). Then i cut all that out because i felt like crap and began undereating a lot. THEN, i finally found this amazing lifestyle and have been doing it. i do feel leaner though! ever since i went hcrv, i can cycle for like 90 minutes a day from all of that energy!!!! i know that your body took time so i have accepted that mine will take time too :)
Most of what I do is all heavy weight and low reps. I like to do sprints in the warmer months, but I generally do a 1 mile warm up run before I lift. I use to run 5-10 miles a day, but felt it was a waste and now focus more on lifting.
it's good to aim for numbers regardless if you are aiming for reps/sets in mass or strength, which both will increase strength and mass just one emphasizes more than the other. Hopefully I mentioned it, too, but the whole being ripped look is about having lower body fat, too.
thanks for the add fellow 811 lifting fruiter. How much you squat?
