Looking for the proper diet to cure some health issues I found this website, among other ones.
I'm a 20ish years young student from Paris (I've been studying theater and acting, but will probably study philosophy from now on), also practicing yoga, meditation, and dancing a lot (contemporary and improvisation with a great somatic background like Body-Mind centering, tango, breakdance), dreaming about permaculture and fruit forests and sun and love. Wandering between this kind of peaceful life and a more political, warrior thing, because there is definitely a war going on on this planet, I'm reminded of it each monday morning when I read lundi.am and I don't want to turn a blind eye to it.
