Iv been on this life style for nearly 10months, more raw till 4. Im doing fully raw now and am eating about 3000 calories a day. I exercise about three to four times a week doing cardio and weights at the gym for an hour or more, i also work walking

Wow i have had a bad day on the body image side of things today. I struggle with my head a lot, it constantly tells me to restrict(i haven't done this since starting). I want to lose weight and haven't lost any since starting nearly 5months ago.
I have been on this life style for three months & after i eat my fruit meals it feels like my chest has something heavy on it and it makes breathing hard. This is worse in the morning but happens at lunch too. Has any one else had this? Any tips?
