Hey everyone! I am a college freshman enjoying the bountiful and beautiful life of being a HCR Vegan. Like most people, I've suffered a great deal in order to find this lifestyle, and therefore have NOT taken it for granted. I'm a FORMER sufferer of... -Obesity -Prescription Drug Addiction (Oxycodone) -Major Depressive Disorder -Insomnia -Generalized Anxiety Disorder -Alcoholism These demons plagued me for YEARS and ruined what could have been the best years of my childhood/adolescence. Luckily I've saved myself through High Raw Veganism, and through Freelee's wonderful advice on Youtube. I've been passionate about this lifestyle for about a year now, along with a dedicated exercise routine. My life has changed, opened, and brightened for the better. A little more about me personally... I'm a Pisces. I received a full-ride scholarship to Arizona State University, so I live in Tempe full time! My major is English Literature... so poetry and literature are two of my greatest passions. I love poets like Walt Whitman and Allen Ginsberg. I love Transcendentalist authors like Ralph Waldo Emerson and Henry David Thoreau. My favorite place in the entire world is Sedona, Arizona... and I've been privileged to have spent many, many good times there. I'm convinced that it is the most spiritual, stunning place on earth. I go there to reconnect with myself! :) I'm also very passionate about traveling and becoming knowledgable of the world around me. My own family comes from places like South Africa, Germany, and France; I grew up with these cultures surrounding me as a child. I've traveled to the following places: Canada, Germany, and Azerbaijan. All lovely. I plan to spend a majority of the next 4 years travelling and studying abroad. I'm almost fluent in French, and have been studying it for 5 years now. I also plan on minoring in French. I love to hike & bike. I also an an avid outdoorswoman, so camping is a nostalgic favorite of mine! If you're an Arizonan, please feel free to get to know me so that we can meet up sometime and get to know one another!
