I really want to join 30 bananas a day so I can learn about the 80/10/10 diet and learn how to improve my endurance and overall health. I'd like to increase my energy, clear my skin, lose fat, gain muscle, and thrive on a plant-based diet!

I would love to learn if this diet is possible as a way to clear skin; I'd love to know my specific caloric needs, and how often I need to rotate my fruits and veggies.

Hey Mandy! Thanks for the add :) I did include some greens, mostly celery, which I would blend with bananas. However if I was to do BI again, I would probably omit greens altogether.
lol yea the only thing i coat in sugar is my tongue. thanks for the friendship despite this condition...freak.

IMO and experience, diet is obviously primary, but the briefly-mentioned skin brushing is also key.
