Hi everyone! I'm Ally. I am a 21 year old female student at Cabrillo college. I have a strong passion for nutrition and a strong enjoyment in spreading health out to people and helping them. It's interesting how I came to 80 10 10...I first started out with the approach of just eating RAW. I heard about 80 10 10 soon after, but thought it was too much of one thing (fruit). A little while after, I realized I was doing 80 10 10 ! Of course those numbers were off a little bit, but unknowingly I was drawn Mainly to fruit as my source of fuel; specially for my body building routine.
