Around july/august last year I noticed that I was getting a wrinkle under my eyes, and now I notice they are getting deeper (at least looks like they are) and having children! I can see the main wrinkle and a more thin and shallow one over it.
So I just got my blood test back, everything is ok, except B12. The minimium is 180 (whatever the unit, can't remember), mine is 57! 3x lower than the minimium
Thing is, I can't find any methil/hidroxy shots, only cyano. Should I take it? Any other me

Hey, I wanna start running. There is a 12k/6k race, july 29th. I know I won't transform into a runner with only 1 month of training, but how should I start training? Should I join the 12k or the 6k? Advices are welcome :)
I've been vegan for a year now, and eating 20~30 bananas 90% of the days for the past 6 to 7 months, but still eating cooked stuff (vegan), and I'm not eating enough greens, but I ate a lot of grains. Now I'm going to a transition to hcrv 811 diet
