I found the high carb vegan raw lifestyle one day that I was feeling like crap because I wanted to be happy and I wanted to feel good within my body. I wasn't having my period in those days so I was trying to find the way to get it back. when I first saw a Freelee's video I didn't understand a thing I was like: What the hell is this????She's going to be obese after a long period eating like this! At the end I didn't believe that anything was true because my mommy always told me to do not eat excess carbs! or it will turn into fat! and my dad said that too. I don't know why but one day I decided to try it and I felt super happy so I continued

i'm a teenager and my mum doesn't understand this lifestyle. It is horrible because my family think that I'm crazy and that sugar is poison.
