Being a mama, playing music and writing. I have 2 young children. I'm a kundalini yoga teacher, transformational dancer, freelance writer/poet and I'm extremely passionate about natural birth and pregnancy, breastfeeding and attachment parenting.
I've trained as a breastfeeding counselor and doula and would like to be a midwife someday. I love my midwifery book and hope to use the techniques someday. I planned an unassisted birth but it did not go as planned, however I'm super grateful for the opportunity to experience the hospital intervention as I did... I learned a lot.
My first birth was very spiritual and a perfect home-waterbirth. I have worked as an intuitive, a weight management coach and I ran a vegan restaurant.
My goals are to become 100% lfrv and move to a tropical environment after establishing a secure self-employed business.
