I have been suffering from systemic candida on and off for a few years. After trying various diets I am hoping that this lifestyle will bring me back to the awesome state of health that I am seeking!

I love to read about yoga, nutrition and food. I teach yoga and that is one of my passions. I love walking my dog and spending time with my two sons and husband. I love to travel as well.

Just wondering about coconut water (fresh) and if it is acceptable on the diet?
