The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
I am so grateful to Durianrider and Freelee for starting this site and for all their help on giveitomeraw.com too. My life works best when I eat all raw - mostly fruit and very little fat. However, I am challenged as my husband loves salads and salads without fat in the dressing are not ok with either of us. But we also have plenty of green smoothies and loads of beautiful sweet oranges - our Golden Globes. Also, of course, the odd social occasion and traveling throws us off our raw.
Thanks again! Lynn

Hi Lynn, I SOOOOO hope you can make it to my greens party with your dear husband. I was starting to think no one was going to come!
Hi again!
Thank you so much for the link - I've read the blog and it was full of useful information. Awesome!
I'm finding it a bit tricky to find my way here but it's interesting.
Have a lovely evening!

Good evening Rosalie!
Thank you so much for the brilliant idea! I had no idea there was a Parisian group - not sure it's very active but I hope so.
I'm a bit lost with this web-site. I need to make a tour of it.
Have you had a great day?
Take care!
Nan
So great to hear from you! And glad you are going to be here from time to time so we can keep in touch. I am glad you are keeping things going on SparkPeople as I just don't have the time. Gardening season is here!
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and that you had a visit from Santa. Just wanted to wish you Happy New Year and a wonderful 2010! My plans for Boxing Day fell through thanks to a huge argument with my father in law! So I´m aiming for the 1:st of January instead!

I hope you are having a great yoga-time in Las Vegas and that you are doing well with your 811! I must confess that I fell of the raw wagon earlier this week and ate bread. A lot of bread, unfortunately! I´m so, so sorry!
I felt really, really sick eating all that bread, so now I´m back to raw again, but of course a bit disapointed of myself!
Since I´m an emotional eater I know everything about eating everything and anything, and about being really overweight.
When I first came across Yin yoga (about 10 months ago) I was really pleased, but of course, since this is Sweden, it couldn´t be found anywhere.
But after my last comment to you, I have searched the web again and is pleased to say that Yin yoga is now available here, but unfortunately not where I live. But I found a half-day workshop in November, not far from Gothenburg (my city) which includes material so I can practice on my own afterwards. I have been in contact with the yoga studio and I´m planning to go!
So... how is Las Vegas? Have you been there before? The only thing I know about that city is what I´ve seen on TV. Is it hard to be 811 or can you find a lot of fruits?
I hope you are well and I´m looking forward to hear from you! :)

Sorry for not being in touch lately. I´m doing great, just having a crazy week. I hope that you also are doing great!
Are you and your husband yoga instructors or training to become? Your course sounds really exciting.
Of course, I wish both of you good luck but I´m sure that both of you will manage both the course and your 811 diet excellent.
I´ve heard of Bikram yoga, but from what I understand it´s pretty hard training, and I am quite unfit right now so I have to get in shape before I try
it. But I´m looking for a class of yin yoga. I´ve heard that this kind of yoga is good if you suffer from sleep problems as I do.
Have a wonderful trip and let me know how you are doing if you are able to!
It´s really great that you have the support of your husband! And good for you choosing fruit instead!
I am pleased that our Swedish correspondence is useful to you and everyone else too. I haven´t had time to check out the website yet due to computer-trouble, but will do so as soon as possible.
I have lumbago but actually is on the mend now so I´m planning to start with my walks again this weekend!
Have a really beautiful weekend!
