My Journey began about two years ago when i was massively overweight and decided something needed to be done, also I have gone through a massive spiritual awakening whereby i have come to know that i respect all life and have decided to respect myself and by body. Since then i have lost 4 stone, but am still about a 1 - 2 stones over the level i should be, but i try to focus on how i feel rather than my weight. I go to the gym once or twice a week, also walk my beautiful little Chihuahua for 45 minutes everyday and go cycling when i can, having a desk 9 - 5 job doesn't help and i am hoping to change this in the future.
I have been watching your videos for a good few months now after hearing of you from a vegan friend in work. I have been following the vegan lifestyle since August 2015 and have read Dr Graham Douglas's 80/10/10. I would love to be able to get to a place where i can just eat raw foods, but I find it quite difficult in the UK with the freezing temperatures to stay away from the cooked food in the evening. I also am aware that i am struggling to get used to not having that heavy feeling from the stodgy foods in my stomach. I have been for the past three weeks eating only fruit all day until my evening meal and i have to say I have never felt so light and free in my life, I buy one big box of 18kgs organic bananas - plus other fruits, lots of potatoes and brown rice for evening meals. My partner and i are still struggling with Candida and keeps the fat intake at 10%. I really feel that the way you eat is the correct way and really resonate with it and I am so happy and grateful that you have been sharing your knowledge with the world. You guys really are brilliant. :)

I have been "smashing in the bananas" as you guys say and i have had a few people and comments from the internet scare me about how its is dangerous to eat more than two bananas per day. Something about having an effect on your heart. Please could you tell me how many bananas you ear per week and tell me that this is not true and i can eat as many as i like?????
