lead to this diet through intuition to help heal my digestive system and learn to appreciate the simplicity that nature has offered in varied fruits and greens.

Looking to find other fruities in Windsor Ontario. Feeling about out of the loop and alone where I live. Had a nice visit in Austin Texas recently, where I used to live and it was great to connect with others on a similar food path. Would love the same where I am currently living.

Well the oranges at joseph's are sometimes $5 for 3 dozen and the normal price is $5 for 2 dozen or something like that so I get them there. Yea the watermelons are really bad in the winter, but they are really good and cheap in the summer. My aunt goes over all the time so ill have to go with her one time and check it out. No there's not a store front, there's just a door that leads to the warehouse.
I only got bananas but they have oranges, watermelon, honeydew, greens, a lot of stuff, not mangos though and the oranges are kind of expensive, $21 for 48 or something. thanks for the tip, ill have to check out Costco.
I found another place, Vitale Produce, they also sell bananas by the box for $20. I wonder if there's a place to buy organic bananas though, or like organic romaine lettuce heads. There's not too much organic produce in Windsor :/
do you know how much a box of bananas or mangos, etc. is at Nizam? whatever you know, thanks :)
Actually the reason I first got into this lifestyle was because it intrigued me because it is so simple and I realized it is our natural diet haha, after I realized why it is good for health, the animals, etc. I am actually facing health problems now though, but I hope its just because I didn't do it right and now im correcting that. They are pretty supportive, buying food and stuff, but they don't really approve too much, kind of stuck on their beliefs and my health issues aren't really helping to show them how good it really is but I hope to turn that around once I start following the lifestyle properly.
Yea that would have made it so much easier and cheaper, buying by the case. That's probably why I struggled with it so much, I looked into it a while ago but couldn't find any stores that would sell by the case, shoulda done more research, I realize now there's quite a few!
Hah I realized there's quite an age difference, im 16.
i didn't know about Nizam wholesale, can you actually buy bananas, oranges and other stuff by the box? i didn't know there was a place in Windsor like that, that would make things so much easier
So are you doing good so far on the lifestyle/diet? im not solid on the lifestyle yet, ive been trying for over a year but had many struggles with it but now im focusing on getting better at it, eating enough, trying to buy in bulk. Windsor is pretty limited. Where do you do your food shopping, I go to walmart, silverstein's and joseph's mostly.
i was surprised that you even accepted my friend request because i seen you haven't been on in a while. there's a lot of other people from Windsor on here but they all haven't been on since like last year. So you're still on the fruity lifestyle then? Do you mind if i ask how old you are?
