Long interest for ecology
this brings concerns about nutrition and energy
I work with energy efficiency and values the sun
inevitably having to question and challenge our "civilisation" and its narratives. Being also an academic, I can see that science today has quite clear and strong indications about who we are.
I am very close to be HCRV, still with some weaknesses for chocolate (I produce all them raw my self now) and port wine and I might do not sleep enough, this being a consequence of the raw diet: I save a few hour each night...
I have the ambition to build up a European raw food/super food diet based on locally produced fruits and vegetables. So alternatives to mangos, bananas, jack fruits have to be identified.
I feel pretty much in line with the messages from 30BaD.

well It's complicated
My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are...
I am involved in permaculture and try to build up fruit production, with among others fruit forest, in Norway and in France. The organic raw food diet is quite challenging in Norway, though we have an increasing choice in stores, and almost any thing accepting not organic, but is has a huge embodied energy coming from very far away and is not always that tasty. I do experiment with exotic plants in my garden, but the production season is too short to be able to survive on raw food. And I love flower fragances.
Quite open in taste so no favourite, though I praise the teachings from St Germain
The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
Not sure yet, before I explore the forums etc.
I am looking for paths to raise the awareness of convinced addicted eaters of animal products.
I think there is a need for a overview of adequate HCRV for local production in a larger variety of climates. Not every body can move to the tropics, and it is neither sustainable nor resilient to depend on long distance imported fruits.
The Frugivore Diet is a fruit-based vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to this. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings. We also require our members to post with proper netiquette. Therefore, please indicate your intention:
I will comply because I like totally agree with all this

Yo! Er du hjemme dra ferie eller? Hadde vært kult å møtes i Asker en dag! Ikke noe mer mango nå dessverre, eller dvs, de som finnes er ikke like gode, men det er vannmelon! Send meg en melding når du er keen!
