Hey everybody, my name's Tim. I'm an English counsellor/psychonaut/musician/fool/sportsman/day-job fugitive/international man of mystery/human/unassigned etc... currently based in Bristol, UK. I've been vegan for nearly a year now and LOVE everything about the lifestyle, and am working towards getting properly healthy for what feels like the first time in my life!
I've been subscribed to DR and Freelee on YouTube since I started, but am only just switching on to RT4 now (seriously, I'm about 5 days in at the time of writing) as it always seemed like some unattainably impossible level of health to me! I'm here to learn, grow, share, have fun and GET HEALTHY, let's DO THIS! :)

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are...
The Gone Away World (Nick Harkaway), The Great and Secret Show (Clive Barker), Fierce Invalids Home from Hot Climates (Tom Robbins). Those were the first three books that came to mind when I thought of awesome books right now ;) Fight Club, I <3 Huckabees and The Secret Life of Walter Mitty are the three movies that came to mind :) Pastimes-wise, I like racket sports, lifting weights, walking in the great outdoors (need to do that one much more!!), playing music/partying, socialising, eating, sleeping travelling, netflix bingeing... you know, fun stuff ;)
The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
Well, I'm sure my needs will change over time, but I guess, put simply, they are: knowledge/advice, support and community. I'm hoping not to be a super needy member here, and I tend to help others a lot when I feel able/confident :)
Specifically, I have been going through a process called Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW) - withdrawing from the use of eczema medication, with more profoundly nasty effects on the body than you'd expect - for the last 16 months, although I'm finding the RT4 diet helpful for reducing inflammation already. But if others have had similar experiences that would definitely be very useful to me, as it's quite a niche thing that not many people can relate to ;)
