Hey Vicki! I am so sorry I did not get to your message before. Did you make it over to St. Pete? I actually know of a wonderful market for fruits and veggies. It's called the Mustang Market located right next to the Wagon Wheel Flea market in Pinellas Park (close to St. Pete). It's amazing with jackfruit, lychees, thai bananas, mamey, mangoes, etc. :) I really hope you get to go there if you come back over here!
Niiice!
Yes I have tried wild pansies and domesticated big ones too and they are both edible. The wild ones are truly delicious. The leaves of the wild ones are sweet, not as much as stevia, but I'm crazy about the taste. I love them in smoothies and salads. Also I feel that the leaves have a good amount of good fats, I love, love, love them. It's a big discovery for me! I love the music you put on your page!! Got to spend the time to do the same on mine! Hugs!
oh how awesome u live in makawao. yea lets totally get together! i live right by mana foods in paia :)
Vicki, I saw a pansy on one of your plates (in your photo), do you know if one can eat the leaves as well? I love pansies but can't find data on if the leaves are edible. Do you know?
I love your page and the music btw.
Awesome, I love pull ups, I aim to do as many different hand posititons as possible, they are truly a great exercise that works so many different muscles.
