Not specifically, but I have some ideas you can follow up on.
Despite its urban sprawl, Phx still has many fine producing trees. In fact, for a few months at least you could probably live just on the oranges/grapefruit you politely ask to forage just from people's yards alone, especially on the w/nw side of town.
But for potential paid work, talk to Sunshine here. He's a forager extraordinary, but may have biz ideas too.
