When reading Viktoras Kulvinskas book for the 1st time, it all resonated. Honing in on the aspects: air, water, sleep, good relationships...all around vibrancy. It taught me you can't overdo 1 good thing to make up for your "weakest link" of vibrancy. Beginning to embark on yoga teacher training, my focus is being a conductor of moving energy. This quote really stuck with me: "Really great teachers are the ones who are authentic to their process and where they are on their path — in the…

Hi!!
Has anyone gotten quite toned from only doing yoga???? (not bikram yoga) (obvs with vegan diet etc)
Thank you!!! :)
I've researched many dating sites, and for its many search capabilities and free communication, I say the best dating site in the whole world for yogis who happen to follow a raw vegan or fruitarian lifestyle is http://www.veggiecommunity.org (free to communicate too!)
Most favorite move lately:: sitting stomach circles 50x each side.
Breathing deeply 50x in a row is a heart workout.
Also, strengthens up, can you say agility?
Hellio Flexxers!
One of my fave asanas lately is just sitting cross-legged, giving oneself a hug. Rockin' a little.

Hi Everyone!
I've just started practicing Ashtanga.. although I've been a yoga teacher and practitioner for about ten years. I really believe that it's my path now... if anyone wants to touch base, Id love it if you added me as a friend!!

Hi all ashtanga yogis out there!
I want to share this link to you all who are thinking about how to eat when you are doing ashtanga. It is a vlog from a guy who practices and teaches ashtanga in Estonia: YogisVlog
There is lots of other stuff also in his vlog also, but at some point he decides to start to eat more fruits. I found his vlog very interesting and after watching it I decided to try 80/10/10 also. I hope you can find something interesting from those videos also.
Hi all,
cecilie malene, I would like to ask you if in the retreat not only they were open but did they also give you lots of ripe fruits and veggies to eat? Cause I used to love to go to yoga and meditation retreats and now on this lifestyle I was sadly concluding that things would get more complicated...
Do you remember the name of the retreat?
Thanks in advance
Hi Cecilie, Thank you for the suggestion, looks very interesting. I see they do a 30 day retreat - sounds like heaven! I'll look into their retreat further :)
