This month marks one year since becoming a Vegetarian which quickly evolved into becoming a Vegan. Becoming a Vegan for me was life altering and I began to receive gifts of health almost immediately. Some were unexpected but welcomed. My choice for becoming Vegan was due to many many many years of damaging my metabolism and mental state with a typical bodybuilder's diet of high protein/low carbs. I even fulfilled one of my bucket list dreams 3 years ago and competed in a figure competition which ultimately led me down a year path of self hatred. Veganism saved my life....physically, emotionally, and spritually. I also began to lose weight effortlessly and I was eating carbs and NOT counting calories or figuring out my macronutrients. In the beginning animal suffering didn't really cross my mind but with each passing day as a Vegan I began to love the living, breathing animals I once ingested upto 6 times daily. I am happy to know that I am not a part of their suffering any longer. I have been doing lots of research on becoming a Raw Vegan. Just like something resonated with me one year ago, the same thing happened a month or so back. I knew being Vegan was awesome but I also knew there was something more and better that I could do for my health. This is how I stumbled across Freelee. I purchased her ebook (read it in bed in one sitting the moment I received it) and have watched her videos. It all makes sense to me. I'm ready to challenge myself and reap the benefits. I am a Personal Trainer and Registered Holistic Nutritionist but still have much to learn.

Celebrated one year of being Vegan in February (although that does not define me). I am ready to bring my health to an all time high. I am looking for motivation, support, inspiration, and guidance.
