i am raw vegan since 2006, most of the time eating low fat & things just "as they are", seldomly preparing simple recipes, mostly for the kids. i am also eating lots of greens, wild herbs ... well at least i did when living in germany as here at the canaries it's difficult to find enough wild edibles. mixing too many foods in one meal or even gourmet raw food does not make me feel well. i just love the way eating lfrv makes me feel: simply wonderful! i am eating this way because it feels right for me. now i found out about 80/10/10 (which i have not read yet) & this website & i am quite excited about it :)
i am living with a 7yr old daughter, being raw vegan from birth & i am noticing that she needs much more fat in her diet than me ... i would be interested to hear what other families following a lfrv lifestyle are telling about this.

How is the fruit situation on Tenerife at the moment, whats the selection availiable?
Here, the papayas are no good now, oranges are sour, dates are dry and non-organic and the bananas are ok...not the best, but we are ok!
Thanks for the link, Blessed Love and Infinite Peace to you!
