Thank you, Now I just have to figure out how to play guitar and banjo at the same time. I'll have to do some HIT training on my toes! I wrote all these song since going Raw in late june 08. I'll probably post a new one in a few days .I love flute music and banjo takes a lot of discipline and tinitis at first , but once you get the hang of it. You normal life is over.

Hey! I actually went to True North in July-Aug. I fasted for 19 days, refed on juice for 2 days, then refed on fruit the remaining 5 or so days I was there. It was, by far, the best thing I have EVER done for myself/my health! I was experiencing some hormonal imbalances, skin problems, etc. I cannot even put into words how much better I feel. I couldn't recommend supervised fasting more. True North take great care of you, and the accommodations are pretty good. How long are you thinking of going for?

Yeah it was a bit concerning at the time! My gums and teeth weren't perfect before 811 but they are now so it was worth going through.

I bought a house, a car, a cottage on the lake front, and a couple of cars for my dad and sister as well. Then I went to Europe with my babies and hubby, had an amazing time all over the places, riding trains, visiting friends, and buying things for friends. It was unforgettable!
