I saw FreeLee on a YouTube video talking about Eating 50 bananas a day!
I'm also freshly committed to becoming a Raw Living Food Vegan! So, I was looking around for some help. That's how I ran across the videos. It was fait.
I just want to be healthy and fit! I just turned 30 and life has to be better than this. I see all these vegans and fruititarians running around living these wonderful slim, energetic lives and I want that too! So, here I am.

The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
I need all the help I can get. I'm aware of what being a Raw Vegan is and I know I need lots of support. I have tried and tried and tried to start eating this way before. To no avail!

Hi G! long long time from a galaxy far far away my dear. ive been zapping in and out of vegan diet(right now i just finished a bunch of fries made of balls of split red lentils) btw Saw ur avoiding salt? i suggest u dnt do tht n tk necessary salt intake.
Just read your salt/water bloating post. How are you doing now? Are you still salt free? This is the hardest thing for me. I don't use salt regularly but sometimes I cheat, with salted hot sauce and soy sauce, when I want raw sushi.
Question, have you tried Himalayan salt? Does it cause bloating as well? I've read on certain websites that it actually reduces water retention. I bloat up like crazy when I use salt.
Hi :)

Hi Lauren, Thanks for your reply. I am still getting less physical than I need but I decided to take family and friends with me to get me moving a little faster. I used to be someone who you couldn't get in. Now I have alot to do inside so it is easy to cut my re-creation out. But in a group its harder to say I can't so I am going with that plan. Just wanted to wish you well!
Surprise Surprise!
Hi Lauren, I am glad to know you are still at it. So am I but It is hard with pet issues with feeding, and family who are taking their time coming around make some days harder! Yes I am still at it but I taking a slower walk than others with this. I just wanted to wish you well and say I am still believing in this plan . Good Luck!
I love your new pic with your bananas, so cute!!!
Excellent news, Lauren! I think there is a learning curve, and the important thing is to keep learning! I am not 100% permanently yet, but hope to be there some day. What's great, though, is that I feel so much better from the changes I have made, even if I'm not quite perfect yet. Look at it this way: we have something fantastic to look forward to! Love your new music!
I have been cheating a bit this week- ran out of bananas and wasn't eating enough. When it came to dinner I was starving. That is NOT the way to go!! ;)
Keep fighting the good fight!!
