Transitioning from Fully Raw to RawTill4

Hi everyone!

What do you suggest is the best way to transition from eating an 80/10/10 diet to start eating Raw till 4?

I started this lifestyle 7 months ago, beginning with fully raw, then gradually started eating cooked foods at night, but still kept around 3 to 4 fully raw days. I lost weight and later stabilized to a healthy weight. Later on, I started eating Raw till 4 and started gaining some extra pounds, so I decided to go back to a Fully Raw diet for at least a month to try to go back to where I was. Still, I want my body to adjust to eat cooked food at night again. I love Raw till 4 lifestyle and I feel its the best of both worlds! So how would say is the best way to transition so I don't lose what I've gained? Thanks!!!

  • How much fruit are you eating during the day??

    I find that having fruit for my biggest meal(s) I feel fine and am losing weight.

    I notice that when I think too much about it, I gain or maintain. 

    I still have 20-30 pounds to lose but like yeah.... don't stress about it.

    I eat 1-3 raw meals a day (out of three meals) :D

    • Most of my calories come from fruit as well. You're right, I guess they key is to not stress about it because that's exactly what I did when I started and I lost weight, just will have to be patient ;)
